Hello, Amazing Human!


How are you doing? No, really; how are you? I know it’s easy to say, “I’m fine.” “It’s all good. Life is wonderful.” But I want to see how you really are. 


I’m not one to have surface conversations. I can do them because who the heck wants to go deep all the time, but in my daily interactions, it’s substance or quiet. 


Yes, I can be quiet. That may be a surprise to some of you! I spend a great deal of time in quiet. I love it. I used to avoid it because the critic in my brain didn’t allow it to be fun. It was always on me about what I didn’t do, what I said I shouldn’t have, or how I didn’t meet a goal I had set. She’s a real biotch, that one! 


Do you have one, too? Of course, you do. No matter how idyllic our childhood was or how blessed we are, we all have that voice within that can be a real jerk. 


Whether running a business, working for one, or making daily decisions for yourself or your family, it shows up. I know it believes its job is to be a Debbie Downer (Sorry to the Debbies out there. I’m sure you are a lot of fun, but the label makes a point.) in order to keep us safe, but honestly, how often is it right about what it freaks out about? 


The good news is that you already have what it takes to find peace within—a brain and a soul voice, which is your inner wisdom or intuition. 


By connecting with your intuition and strengthening your mindset, you could love the quiet, too. 



Ever feel like old frustrations or even deep family wounds are holding you back? I’ve been there because I’m what’s it called again? Oh, human! 


We all carry these burdens, and it's okay to acknowledge them. 


In this episode, I opened up about my relationship with my father and how I transformed anger into empathy I shared how I saw him not just as my dad but as a soul who deserves joy, too. I’ve always known this on a spiritual level, but the human in me was still angry, and that’s ok. 


I’m so grateful to Positive Intelligence® work that allowed me to let this go 17 years after he passed away.
